Robert Montgomery (most people call him Bob) is an Idaho native who has been practicing law in Idaho for more than 35 years. Bob is a former general counsel for several companies and is also a former adjunct professor of business law and ethics at Boise State University. Bob has experience in a number of areas but during the past number of years has emphasized probate law, business law and personal injury. Bob enjoys the personal nature of a smaller office where he can devote more time to individuals and their needs. He has helped hundreds of people navigate through the often confusing probate system in Idaho.
